Please note that we do not offer refunds; instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns. All returns must be made within five days of purchase and require a receipt. To qualify for store credit, plants and products must be in re-sellable condition. This means that items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased and in their original containers, ensuring they have not been planted or otherwise altered.

We understand that sometimes nature can be unpredictable, which is why we reserve the right to decline a return if the conditions leading to the return are due to factors beyond your control, such as frost, drought, or excessive rain. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for products that have not been cared for properly, including instances of neglect or lack of watering.
