We know that everyone is very eager to start planting in their gardens. Unfortunately, the plants are not ready to head outside just yet! The cool nights and cool winds would injure the plants and stunt their growth so you wouldn’t be getting ahead. Also, the threat of frost has not passed yet and our tender plants would not survive a frost. Feel free to browse and get ideas for your garden, but please wait until the weather is more predictable. We recommend you wait until the nighttime temperatures are consistently above 50 degrees. Rule of thumb is it’s usually safe to plant after Memorial Day.
If you simple must have a certain plant and want to take it home, put it inside in an area that receives plenty of sunlight and water as needed. On warm days without strong winds you can put the plants outside to help them get acclimated to the weather but bring plants inside at night.
We appreciate your business but we don’t like to see our customers buying the same plants twice because of weather injury. Once our plants have left the greenhouse, we are not responsible for their care. If you have any questions, please ask.

In order to maintain the quality of our plants and products, we have established a clear return policy. Please note that we do not offer refunds; instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns. All returns must be made within five days of purchase and require a receipt. To qualify for store credit, plants and products must be in re-sellable condition. This means that items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased and in their original containers, ensuring they have not been planted or otherwise altered.
We understand that sometimes nature can be unpredictable, which is why we reserve the right to decline a return if the conditions leading to the return are due to factors beyond your control, such as frost, drought, or excessive rain. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for products that have not been cared for properly, including instances of neglect or lack of watering. Our goal is to ensure that every customer leaves our store with the best possible products for their gardening needs, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies as we strive to maintain our commitment to quality.
